110g 荔枝果肉 ( 用攪拌機攪至水糊狀 )
2 pcs 蛋黃 
200g 甜忌廉 ( 打起 )
100ml 牛奶
42g 糖

100g ( 貴妃子 ) 荔枝果肉 ( 切丁粒 )


雪榚機 30min 直至機內材料 ( -2°c ) 變成糕狀
放入冰櫃雪 12hr
